After sending him a letter Fred Plotkin answered and agreed to support the crowdfunding of our project.

Fred is one of the most famous and dedicated lovers of Italian opera in the USA. His seminars, workshops, events he holds for the New York Times or the Met for instance are legendary. The fact that he has written a famous book on Italian cuisine makes him even more likeable.
